We all human being have our very own personal trapping weapons that we can use for learning eight effective trapping techniques and help ourselves to escape.
Fingers for Eye Jab: You can jab your assailant's eyes by using your fingers. The fingers should be kept together keeping your wrist and hand loose flicking into the eye of your opponent at an angle stepping in.
Eye jabs can be practiced at home in front of a mirror or with a partner with a focus pad. You should practice this trapping technique for both the left side and the right side. For practicing with a partner, you both need to move around together while practicing and keeping your eyes on each other.
Foot for Oblique Kick: When the opponent is standing with his side towards you, exposing his leg, you need to step back and kick the attacker's kneecap or just below the knee with your foot.
Knee for Scoop Kick:
Use the scoop kick if the assailant is standing facing you with his groin in line of your vision. Kicking his groin scoop and pull back get yourself on your feet.
Cupped Hands for Ear Slap: When you cup your hands and slap your attacker on his ear, you are likely to make him disoriented for some time with all possibility of causing his eardrum to rupture if done forcefully. You should cup your hands, fingers together and loose wrist and slap his ear with your entire hand to add force move your body in line as you slap.
The ear slap trapping technique can be used also as slap the groin where you can grab, squeeze, and twist the groin tightly.
Knee for Knee Kick: Your knee can be used to hit the groin or thigh. In this technique, you move your knee forward while rotating your hip for maximizing extension and strength striking the groin or the thigh.
Head for Head Butt: You can use the top of your head to hit the attacker's face or chest. Keeping your chin bent over your chest and grabbing the attacker's head hit him as hard as you can to stun him.
Elbow for Elbow Graze: You need to use the tip of your elbow and graze it across the assailant's face with your complete weight behind it and moving your body along with the strike. Remember an elbow strike is much more powerful than a punch at close range.
Teeth for Bite: As a last resort, you can use this technique and bite wherever possible as the assailant become squeamish.
